Election Commission Identifies Voting Stations for National Assembly Election

Kathmandu: The Election Commission (EC) has designated one voting station in each province for the National Assembly election scheduled for January 25.
Additionally, two polling booths have been established in each voting station to facilitate the voting process.
The EC has specified the following voting stations for each province:
Koshi Province: Province Election Office, Biratnagar, Morang Madhes Province: Mahendra Narayan Nidhi Mithila Culture Centre, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha Bagmati Province: Bhutandevi Secondary School, Technical School, Hetauda Gandaki Province: Province Election Office, Pokhara, Kaski Lumbini Province: Building of the Karmachari Milan Kendra, Ghorahi, Dang Karnali Province: Province Election Office, Surkhet Sudurpaschim Province: Province Assembly building, Dhangadhi
According to EC Spokesperson Shaligram Sharma Poudel, a press release stated that separate polling booths have been designated within the voting station for members of the Province Assembly, as well as the chairperson, vice-chairperson of rural municipalities, and the mayor and deputy mayor of municipalities to cast their votes.
