Madhyabindu (Nawalparasi): A female Royal Bengal Tiger was found dead on the bank of the Binayi rivulet at Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality-2 in Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East). Basanta Keshav Adhikari, Chief of the Division Forest Office, confirmed the discovery of the tiger's body on Wednesday.

"We received information that a tiger was seen drinking water at the Binayi rivulet and collapsed after walking 10-12 meters. Upon reaching the spot, a team from the Division Forest Office and police found the tiger dead," Adhikari stated.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Ved Bahadur Paudel of the District Police Office reported that the tiger had a wound on its hind side, likely from a bite by another wild animal. The tiger's body has been transported to the Sub-division Forest Office in Dumkibas for a post-mortem examination.

This incident marks the third death of a Royal Bengal Tiger in Bardaghat Susta East in just over three months.
