Scheduled to start at 5:15 am today at the Broard County Ground in Florida, the continuous downpour led to the cancellation of the game. Consequently, both teams shared one point each.
In the tournament standings, Nepal now has one point from two matches, while Sri Lanka has one point from three matches. Despite the weather setback, Nepal still has a chance to advance to the next phase of the tournament.
