Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has officially invited Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Nepal. The invitation was conveyed through the visiting Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, who is on a two-day official visit to Kathmandu.

The invitation was extended during a courtesy call that Foreign Secretary Misri paid to PM Oli at his office in Singha Durbar. Misri's visit to Nepal follows an invitation from Nepal's Foreign Secretary, Sewa Lamsal.
