Dipendra Singh Airee Stars as Nepal Beats UAE

Kathmandu: In the seventh-place playoff semifinal of the ICC One-Day Cricket World Cup Qualifier, Nepal emerged victorious, defeating UAE by three wickets. The match took place at the Takashinga Sports Club in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Nepal successfully chased down the target of 182 runs within 44 overs.Dipendra Singh Airee played a crucial role in Nepal's win, scoring 79 runs.

However, apart from Kushal Bhurtel, Gyanendra Malla, and Gulsan Jha, the rest of Nepal's batting lineup struggled to make significant contributions.

Having failed to secure the sixth place in the ICC One-Day Cricket World Cup Qualifier, Nepal is now competing for the seventh place among the ten participating teams. Their next match is scheduled against Ireland on Tuesday.

Dipendra Singh Airee of Nepal was awarded the Player of the Match for his outstanding performance in today's competition.
