Accused Murderer and Rapist, Ram Bahadur Bomjan, Appears Before Sarlahi District Court

Malangawa: Ram Bahadur Bomjan, facing charges of murder and rape, was presented before the Sarlahi District Court today following the issuance of an arrest warrant against him. The court hearing for the case has commenced under the jurisdiction of Judge Bishnu Regmi at the District Court, Sarlahi, as reported by record keeper Sadan Adhikari.

The arrest warrant was issued by the Sarlahi District Court, and Bomjan, the accused, was taken into custody by a team from the Central Investigation Bureau on Tuesday. The legal proceedings regarding the case of murder and sexual exploitation have now officially begun with Bomjan's appearance before the court.

The Sarlahi District Court had granted permission to the police to apprehend Bomjan on February 6, 2020, in connection with the serious charges levied against him.

The development underscores the progress in the legal proceedings against Bomjan, marking a crucial step in addressing the allegations of murder and sexual exploitation brought against him.
