Kathmandu: Chairman of CPN-UML and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has expressed optimism that the new government to be formed with the UML and Nepali Congress on board will create hope among the people. He emphasized that the new government must not fail to deliver on its promises.

Addressing a meeting of the chiefs of central departments and secretaries at the party headquarters in Lalitpur on Friday, Chair Oli stated that the NC and UML had agreed to instill hope among the people by addressing their problems. He clarified that forming a new government with two strong political forces is the last alternative to resolve the issues facing the country.

He directed the party office bearers to focus on the areas that need attention and urged party leaders and cadres to concentrate on 'mission 2084'.
