Hazy Weather to Persist in Kathmandu for a Few More Days

Kathmandu: The Kathmandu Valley will continue to experience hazy weather for the next few days as air pollution lingers, according to meteorologists.
However, with the wind gradually picking up pace, the haze is expected to clear from Friday, said meteorologist Binu Maharjan. She further stated that there is no immediate chance of rainfall in the valley, but visibility conditions will improve gradually.
The temperature today is cooler compared to yesterday, but warmer weather is expected from tomorrow, she added.
Meanwhile, the Weather Forecasting Division has reported that Nepal is currently experiencing a partial impact of westerly and local winds, causing partly cloudy conditions in the hilly regions, including Lumbini Province.
