Rasuwa: Former Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli has underscored the importance of constructing a cable car linking Dhunche to Gosaikunda, a revered pilgrimage site.

Speaking at the inauguration of the ninth session of CPN (UML) Rasuwa district in Dhunche, Chairman Oli emphasized the necessity of a cable car to facilitate pilgrims and devotees in accessing the sacred site.

Chairman Oli reassured that the development of the cable car would not harm the habitat of red pandas in the region, urging collective efforts to realize this project.

Furthermore, he urged individuals and communities to refrain from engaging in divisive activities and instead focus on advancing pro-people development initiatives. Chairman Oli highlighted the potential of a 24 km tunnel project, envisioning reduced travel time between Betravati and Syafrubensi to just half an hour upon its completion.
