President Paudel Returns Home After Official Visits to Switzerland and Germany

Kathmandu: President Ramchandra Paudel has returned to Nepal after completing his official visits to Switzerland and Germany. Upon his arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, he was welcomed by Vice President Ram Sahaya Yadav, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda,' and a contingent of the Nepali Army, which presented a guard of honor. National Assembly Chairperson Narayan Prasad Dahal, deputy prime ministers, ministers, chiefs of security bodies, senior government officials, and representatives of diplomatic missions were also present to greet the President.

President Paudel's delegation included First Lady Sabita Paudel, international affairs expert Dr. Suresh Chandra Chalise, and secretaries from the President's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The President and his team left Nepal on June 11 to participate in the 112th session of the International Labor Conference in Switzerland. This visit focused on labor rights and cooperation with international labor organizations.

On June 15, President Paudel continued his official journey to Germany. During his stay, he engaged in high-level discussions aimed at strengthening Nepal-Germany relations. The visit emphasized development support, trade, tourism, investment, and vocational training, reflecting Nepal's priorities in economic and social development.

The successful completion of these visits is expected to enhance Nepal's international relations and cooperation in various sectors, contributing to the country's overall development and global integration.
