Bhaktapur: Narayan Man Bijukchhe, Chairman of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party, criticized the nation's education policy, stating that its shortcomings have negatively impacted all sectors of the country. Speaking at an orientation program organized by Khwopa Secondary School, Bijukchhe highlighted the detrimental effects of privatization in education and the growing issue of brain drain.

"The trend of youth exodus is on the rise, and it will not end unless various opportunities are created within the country," Bijukchhe noted.

Sunil Prajapati, Chairman of the School Management Committee and Mayor of Bhaktapur Municipality, shared that 1,680 students from 56 districts across Nepal are currently enrolled at Khwopa Secondary School and Sharada Campus combined.

During the event, Professor Dr. Siddhibir Karmacharya established the Martyr Memorial Scholarship Revolving Fund, contributing a scholarship amount of Rs. 444,444 to the college.
