Kathmandu: A man has been apprehended in the capital city on the grounds of allegedly defaming a woman's character through the use of social media.
Tufan KC, 29 years old, hailing from Bhumikasthan Municipality-4, Arghakhanchi, and currently residing in Kumaripati of Lalitpur Metropolitan Municipality-19, was taken into custody for reportedly employing Facebook Messenger to carry out this illicit act.
