Kathmandu: In a significant technological leap, Tribhuvan University (TU) has introduced an automated system across all its subordinate offices. This transformative step aims to streamline and enhance the university's services, making them more accessible and efficient for both staff and students.

The automated system encompasses a wide range of activities, including registration, invoicing, circulation of documents, and decision-making processes that require submission to higher authorities. This system was initially deployed at the TU central office on July 17, and since then, a total of 529 user IDs have been issued.

During the official inauguration of the automated system at the Registrar's Office in Kirtipur, Vice-Chancellor of TU, Prof. Dr. Dharma Kant Banskota, emphasized the importance of transitioning to a paperless administration. He expressed his satisfaction with the successful implementation of the automated system, highlighting its potential to strengthen services and efficiency.

Dr. Banskota also underscored the vital role of technology in modernizing administrative processes and improving the overall user experience. He directed all staff to prioritize customer satisfaction by leveraging technology to deliver easy and seamless services.

This initiative reflects TU's commitment to embracing technology and innovation to enhance its educational and administrative practices. The implementation of the automated system is expected to further solidify TU's position as a leading educational institution in Nepal.
