Kavrepalanchok: Nepali Congress (NC) President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba stated that the formation of the current government has sent a positive message to the people. Speaking at a ceremony in Dhulikhel, where a life-size statue of the popular leader BP Koirala was unveiled, Deuba highlighted that the collaboration between the NC and CPN (UML) has fostered a narrative of development and economic prosperity.

Addressing party cadres, Deuba urged them to work diligently to make the NC the largest party in the upcoming general elections, emphasizing the need to win the hearts of the people.

Former General Secretary of the party, Dr. Shashanka Koirala, also addressed the event, stressing the importance of following BP Koirala's ideals rather than merely chanting his name.
