NC General Secretary Thapa Emphasizes Party Convention Before Election
Election Will Guide Constitution in Right Direction

Kathmandu: Nepali Congress (NC) General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has said that the upcoming House of Representatives (HoR) election on Falgun 21 (March 5) will help guide the constitution in the right direction.
Sharing his views on social media, Thapa stated that the election will form a new parliament and ensure that the constitution is implemented properly. “The election set for March 5 is the only way to bring the constitution on the right track,” he remarked.
Party’s Position Already Shared in All-Party Meeting
He mentioned that the Nepali Congress has already made its position clear during the all-party meeting called by the Prime Minister.
General Convention Before Election
Thapa further stressed that the party should hold its general convention before the upcoming election. He said that the policies and leadership emerging from the convention would strengthen the party’s preparation and enable the Congress to compete more effectively in the election.
