Kathmandu: In a session of the House of Representatives (HoR) today, lawmakers brought several contemporary issues to the government's attention. These included the need for impartial resolution of corruption cases and concerns about the transfer of police officials impacting investigations into corruption scandals.

Arjun Narsingh KC of the Nepali Congress expressed worry over the transfer of police officials and its effect on corruption investigations. He also advocated for a high-level commission's report on the gold scam to be presented to Parliament rather than just the government.
