Kathmandu: The Anti-Human Trafficking Bureau of Nepal Police conducted a raid on the office of the Association of Music Industries Nepal in Anamnagar, Kathmandu today.

According to Superintendent of Police Gautam Mishra, the bureau's team seized several items, including documents and computer hard drives, during the operation. "The office had been closed for three days. When it reopened today, our team confiscated the minute book, letter pad, and hard disk from the computers," Mishra stated.

The raid was carried out following information that the association was allegedly involved in creating fake documents to send people abroad. "We received credible information about the association's involvement in making fake documents to facilitate human trafficking," SP Mishra added.

The investigation is ongoing as the bureau examines the seized materials for further evidence.
