Nepal International Tourism Fair Set to Showcase Global Tourism Potential

Kathmandu: The upcoming Nepal International Tourism Fair aims to spotlight Nepal's tourist destinations on the global stage. The fair is scheduled to take place from May 31 to June 1, with the objective of promoting Nepal's tourism sector worldwide, as announced by Bishnu Pandey of Summit Event and Market Limited, the organizer of the fair.

To ensure the success of the event, organizers engaged in discussions with presidents and representatives of various tourism-related organizations in the capital on Sunday. Chandra Prasad Rijal, Vice President of Nepal Tourism Board, expressed confidence that the fair would play a significant role in promoting Nepal's tourism sector internationally.

The fair is set to feature booths representing all seven provinces of Nepal, along with booths from foreign countries. With more than 125 booths, the event will be held at the Bhrikutimandap exhibition center. Stalls from neighboring countries such as India and China, as well as from the Maldives, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Thailand, will be part of the fair.

Over two hundred foreign tourism companies from various countries are expected to participate in the fair, contributing to the global promotion of Nepal's diverse and attractive tourist destinations.
