Kathmandu: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also known as 'Prachanda,' emphasized that his government was dedicated to promoting good governance during its time in office. Speaking at the second conference of the party-aligned Rukum Paschim-Kathmandu Liaison Committee on Saturday, Prachanda highlighted that his administration focused on good governance, social justice, and prosperity.

He also mentioned that ongoing internal discussions within the party have strengthened the Maoist Centre as it prepares for a socialist revolution. Prachanda noted that the document presented by party leader Janardan Sharma during the standing committee meeting would be incorporated into the party's report for the upcoming central committee meeting.

Prachanda reaffirmed his commitment to making the party stronger and indicated that efforts are underway to unite all Maoist factions.

During the same event, Assistant General Secretary Janardan Sharma vowed to continue working tirelessly to strengthen the party, stating that his efforts have always been for the benefit of the party, the movement, the leadership, and the people. He also addressed concerns raised during his campaign for party-building initiatives.
