Gorkha: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda,' who also chairs the CPN (Maoist Centre), has alleged that entities opposed to the federal democratic republic are engaged in a conspiracy to mislead the public. Speaking at a meeting of the CPN (Maoist Centre) ward committee at Barpak Sulikot rural municipality-8 in Gorkha, as part of the party's Special Transformation Campaign, the Prime Minister asserted that forces against the republic aim to sow discontent and mislead the public.

He urged party members and the public to thwart attempts to spread negativity and hopelessness, emphasizing the importance of showcasing the positive initiatives undertaken by the government. PM Dahal stressed the need to engage with the people, build their confidence, and counter anti-republic activities.

Highlighting the objectives of the special campaign, PM Dahal stated that its purpose is not only to reinvigorate the party but also to strengthen its ties with the people and safeguard the changes achieved through struggle and sacrifice. The Prime Minister claimed success in achieving the campaign's mission.

In addition, PM Dahal informed that the government has initiated preparations to present the budget for the next fiscal year in a novel manner, aiming for finalization by mid-February to expedite positive changes for the people.

Departing from the traditional timeline for budget discussions, he emphasized the government's commitment to ensuring a timely and transformative budget experience for the people. PM Dahal expressed confidence in the longevity of the present ruling alliance, asserting that the current government will complete its full five-year term.

Touching on accomplishments, the Prime Minister highlighted the liberation of usury victims from loan sharks under the incumbent government, claiming that only a Maoist-led administration can combat corruption, land mafias, and smuggling. PM Dahal reassured the public that the construction of the Budhigandaki Hydroelectricity Project, a national pride initiative, has been finalized, urging party members and the public to dispel doubts regarding the project's realization.
