Possibility of Rain in Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini Provinces

Kathmandu: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has forecasted partly to mostly cloudy weather across the country today, with a likelihood of rain in Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces.
According to meteorologist Rojan Lamichhane, there is a chance of light to moderate rainfall, accompanied by thunder and lightning, in several areas, with thunderstorms particularly expected in the Tarai regions of Koshi, Lumbini, and Madhes provinces.
Tonight, the weather is predicted to remain generally cloudy in Koshi, Madhes, and Bagmati provinces, while the rest of the provinces will experience partial to general cloud cover.
The rainy weather is expected to continue into Monday, with light to moderate showers likely until the afternoon, tapering off by the evening.
